What does a Patwari do?


A Patwari is responsible for

- maintaining land ownership records
- update of land ownership records
- maintaining crop record grown at every harvest

Delhi Patwari Recruitment: The Government of NCT Delhi conducts an examination for recruitment of patwari in revenue department.  DSSB is the authority tasked with the responsibility of carrying out this exam. The age limit for candidates is 18 to 27 years while matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board is the minimum eligibility criteria required for the post.

Rajasthan Patwari Recruitment: In Rajasthan the Board of Revenue conducts this examination. The minimum eligibility for applicants is class 12 (senior secondary exam) or equivalent from a recognized board or university. The age limit for individuals wanting to apply for Rajasthan Patwari exam is 18 to 30 years of age. Selection is made on the basis of performance in the written exam.

Himachal Pradesh Patwari Recruitment: The Government of Himachal Pradesh conducts an entrance exam for the post of Patwari in revenue and various related departments. Candidates aged between 18 and 38 years of age are eligible to apply for Himachal Pradesh Patwari Recruitment. The minimum eligibility for this exam is class 12 or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Madhya Pradesh Patwari Recruitment: Madhya Pradesh Patwari recruitment is conducted by Madhya Pradesh Vyapam Professional Examination board. The minimum eligibility for candidates is class 12 with a diploma in computer applications from recognized board or higher degree in computer applicants.
